Best ball!

This is the best ball ever! My dogs love this ball! I have working dogs and pet dogs and they all love it! My kelpie is obsessed with it and can herd this ball but can also pick it up and carry it.
My 7kg mini poodle loves it too.
They last a fair while too! I’ve had 2 and they’ve lasted two years!
I will be ordering more soon!

Absolute waste of money

This ball may be suitable as a herding ball, but I do not recommend it for dogs that want to retrieve. Dogs teeth become stuck in the ball and the ball is difficult to dislodge. Unclear whether our ball is defective, store was not interested and unresponsive. Very disappointing given the price. Reviews on the Jolly Pets website suggest this is a well known issue.

I’m sad to see your decision to leave us a poor review on our small business despite our fast email response time and our offer to return the ball despite its use. As per the below you are welcome to send the ball back to us for a full refund.

I went and took another ball out of stock from the same batch to test and found no issues with my 18kg border collie or my German shepherd. Both are able to carry it without issues. A large ball can result in the ball getting a little stuck but that is expected due to the size of the ball vs the size of their jaws. The ball will soften over time as it gets holes and is worn with long term use as it’s meant to be.

You are welcome to contact jolly pet directly if you’re unhappy with the design of their product and I’m sure they would welcome any feedback.

Love-hate relationship

My dogs remain mad that after nearly two years of trying, they’ve yet to tear this ball apart. Fantastically durable, water proof and great for interactive games or to keep themselves entertained for a little while

Love these balls

I recently bought my dog the large ball for my dogs birthday, after having a small one for 2 years. These balls are great, they don’t puncture, and are nearly indestructible. I have a 32kg bull Arab and the small ball has been fine for her.

Orders placed through our website for in-stock items will be packed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. For custom orders, the approximate window for creation and fulfillment is 2-6 weeks depending on current demand.
