Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

You have questions? We (mostly) have answers. To save us all some time, here are some of our most frequently asked questions and the answers.  

  1. How do I place an order for a custom tug/toy? 
    Send us an email at info@wildhunde.com with your custom tug request, including as much detail as possible (inspiration, style, colour and more!). We’ll respond with a confirmation of design, and an estimate of price and time for fulfillment. Please be aware that custom tugs do take longer for fulfillment, as they are, well... custom-made. Our current timeframe for custom orders ranges from 3-6 weeks

  2. How long will my order take? 
    Orders placed through our website for in-stock items will be packed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. For custom orders, the approximate window for creation and fulfillment is 2-4 weeks depending on current demand. 

  3. Can I cancel or change my order? 
    If you’ve made an error in your order, or wish to cancel – please email us at info@wildhunde.com with your order number in the header, and your request. If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we can happily make amendments. 

  4. The tug I want is out of stock! 
    Sorry, we’re working as hard as we can to get it back in stock! We’re a very small team, and all our tugs are made by hand! Your patience means everything to us as a small business. Sign up for notifications for when your favourite toy is back in stock. 

  5. Do you accept Afterpay/Zip/Klarna/Humm? 
    At this time, we have opted not to partner with any Buy Now-Pay Later services such as these, due to the high fees required to participate. All orders at Wildhunde can be paid via card, PayPal, or through verified credit card services like Apple Pay and Google Play. PayPal does offer a ‘Pay in 4’ payment option, which we happily accept. 

  6. Can I purchase a gift card for someone? 
    You absolutely can! Give someone the gift of Wildhunde through here -- or for a custom amount, contact us at info@wildhunde.com. 

  7. Do you offer wholesale? 
    We sure do! We can offer wholesale options on all our handmade items, and custom wholesale is also available. Please be aware that we do not allow the resale of our handmade items through any online store or third-party website. Send us an inquiry at info@wildhunde.com with Wholesale in the header and we can discuss a wholesale plan that works for you. 

  8. Uhh, there are too many tugs to choose from. Which one is best for my dog?
