Toys listed here are one-off clearance toys. Some were trial toys, some may have a mistake that didn't pass our quality inspections, or were otherwise not up to standard. This could be something as trivial as an incorrect length on the webbing, a minor fault in the sheepskin, or we opted for a different design.

All toys are still made to our usual strong standards, but note that the webbing used may be different cotton blends.  

Clearance items are not included in our Wildhunde repair policy, and are not available for return or change or mind. All sales on clearance items are final. 

Important Note:

All handmade tugs and ball tugs are designed for ‘play and put away’. These toys are tools designed to be used under interactive, adult supervision only. For best results and longevity of your tug, ensure you put it out of reach when not in use, and take it out only for interactive play. With correct use, your dog should not have any opportunity to chew or destroy the tug.

How long will my order take? 

Orders placed through our website for in-stock items will be packed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. For custom orders, the approximate window for creation and fulfillment is 2-6 weeks depending on current demand.

How much is Shipping?

All orders over $99AUD have free shipping, with a flat rate of $10 for any order under that.

Can I cancel or change my order? 

If you’ve made an error in your order, or wish to cancel – please email us at info@wildhunde.com with your order number in the header, and your request. If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we can happily make amendments.
